Distillerie Mette Fine d'Alsace Pinot Blanc Brandy 42% 500ml latour-giraud three-hectare sitePinot blanc wine from the Ribeauvill region. After a natural fermentation, it is distilled twice in our copper pot stills. Our wine eau de vie is aged for at least eight years in French Oak ex Cognac barrels before bottling. Tasting Notes: Lovely nose with aromas of apple, raisin, vanilla and toast. The mouth is fresh with notes of crisp apple, dried fruits, hazelnut and bourbon vanilla.
