"I Sodi di San Nicolò" Toscana IGT - CASTELLARE DI CASTELLINA MAMETE PREVOSTINI Format : 1The authentic Chianti Classico vinsanto, neither too dry nor too sweet. Made in the strictest respect of tradition, with bunches of white Malvasia and a little Trebbiano left to dry hanging, in a ventilated environment, and not on reeds. And then with small barrels that have mothers of 20 30 years. It pairs perfectly with long aged cheeses , blue cheeses and desserts . Drunk alone it becomes a meditation wine.
